Some background - I came to Dave as an overworked, overstressed 27 year old CEO reminiscing about his old college/junior hockey days and looking for motivation to go to the gym before leaving for the office at 7am or returning at 10pm It is apparent from day one that Dave understands how to structure workout programs to build on each other, and to see true, sustainable results.
