FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates depend on the level of support you’re looking for. • In-person personal training: $120 per hour for 1:1 sessions • Online coaching: $300 per month, which includes a personalized training program, ongoing guidance, and accountability During our first conversation, we’ll talk through your goals and decide which option makes the most sense for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a conversation about your goals, experience level, and lifestyle. I want to understand what you’re hoping to achieve, what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past, and what kind of support you’re looking for. From there, I design a training plan that fits your goals, schedule, and current fitness level. During our sessions, I focus on teaching proper technique, building strength safely, and helping you gain confidence in the gym. As we work together, we continue to adjust your training based on your progress. My goal is not just to give you workouts, but to help you build the skills and habits that allow you to stay consistent and see long-term results.
