- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are $235 for the first hour and $150 for each hour thereafter. I choose to charge by the hour rather then a flat rate to ensure you get the best price possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we agree on the job I'll make a 811 call and the utilities companies will come out and mark where the underground utilities are to ensure I dont hit any during the Grinding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a tree company for 10 years when I lived in Oregon. Grinding all their stumps for the last 4 years. When I moved to the Lehigh Valley I started this Stump Gring business
