- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price my work by the job...not the hour. In most cases I will come to the home to meet with the customer to make sure I perfectly understand their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to understand their needs and budget amounts. I make sure they understand what they're getting, what we're going to do, and the expectation for scheduling job. I like to give them options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am lead certified to make sure if you have lead paint your home will be protected from lead paint chips. I have a residential and commercial wiring certificate. I've personally installed windows, doors, electrical fictures, appliances, and troubleshooted since 1988.
