We booked him following our consultation without hesitation, he was so patient with us answering all of our questions and concerns. We have been to a few recent weddings prior to planning our own and we were not very comfortable with the DJ’s in those weddings so it became a dreading moment for us when it came to selecting our DJ. Mark came off very different, his approach was not pushy but rather relaxed and respectful of our vision and expected vibes. He assured us that he doesn’t sell products he provides an experience with guaranteed results that will align with our desired outcome. He was not the cheapest by any means but the value that he brings to the table is not unnoticed. He provided world class protection for our overall wedding day cost not just his part. He’s definitely someone you want to have in your corner working with you. Trust me he wiped away all of our fears of hiring the right DJ. He delivered so much more than just playing music he provided peace of mind. He has been doing this for over 3 decades and it definitely shows in his work. His communication was second to none. If we needed help with something or had a question he was extremely responsive and knowledgeable about every step of a perfectly planned reception. We were never in the dark on our wedding day about what was happening now or next. Mark was in constant communication with us to ensure we were ready to proceed to the next level and he had everyone in the right place at the right time to keep things moving forward smoothly and extremely organized, he left no stone unturned his details were top notch. All of our vendors thought very highly of Mark’s interaction with them as a team player it was never about him it was always about how can we help them have the best experience possible on such an important day. The music was spot on, everyone was on the dance floor. If you are looking for someone who can play music from the past 8 decades he is definitely an expert because he managed to capture my great great grandmothers attention and she started dancing. He helps coordinate the room, MCs, fixes problems before you notice them, and as much as he can, makes sure your every need is taken care of (ceremony or reception). When the bride's eyelashes went amuck he instantly dispatched someone to the store to get glue. What a stand-up guy! Tommy is also a consummate DJ. He watches and understands a crowd in order to keep things moving. His selections are artful and can appeal to the young or old. He even listened to our picky requests while somehow making sure the music was accessible to everyone else. Beyond the music, Nutter's manners make him a gem of an MC. He is unique, professional, and dignified, and as others have said, not at all cheesy.
