Introduction: Hello, my name is Jeff Simqu, and I own Complete General Contracting. We have over 30 years of experience in our field. I am lucky to be a 2nd generation contractor and have my father teach me the construction field from a young age. Along with schooling, extensive training, and multiple certifications, we are sure to meet your high expectations. My team and I really enjoy what we do, and our work proves just that. Thank you for your consideration with your project.

These guys were a life saver! Needed to have a bunch of thing fixed/replaced around the house before we had family in from out of town. They took care of everything. These guys can really do it all! A+ GUYS

My kitchen remodeling job was phenomenal!! I’m very pleased with the whole experience. Before, my kitchen was small, hard to cook in, and just outdated. Complete General Contracting, totally renovated the space by removing a wall, installing new cabinets, new countertops, and flooring. It looks amazing now. They're professional, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!!

Mentions that the cost for the visit is $0. Charged my tenant $195 for resetting a breaker and forced my tenant to pay for a 1 min job . This guy is a rip off .

Details: Electrical not functioning normally • Circuit breaker panel or fuse box • Under 8 feet (low ceiling) • Condo or apartment

You are correct, the trip charge was $0 and the estimate we provided was $0 also. Unfortunately, we can't provide services for free like you mentioned. We had almost 3 hours into this job. With paying our employee and the fee we pay to Thumbtack, we have to charge a small fee for our services. The cost was told upfront and signed off for. Our technician checked all the receptacles in the room and took the cover off the panel to further troubleshoot. We found the pushmatic breaker to appear to be bad. The customer declined to have any further repairs done. We are truly sorry you are unhappy, however, nobody was ripped off. All pricing is discussed before any work is started, and there is absolutely no obligation to have the work done.
