- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a no zip code company our pricing is by the square foot and not by where you’re house is located. We offer a 10% discount to all seniors and included the cost of any permits if needed
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first talk on the phone to get an understanding of what is going on with their roof, then we set up an appointment and meet with them at their house, and listen to the homeowner as to what they want, at that point we will recommend to them the roof options we think will be best for their house. Then we will measure the roof and give them an estimate for the roof. If they are in agreement with our cost we then will write a contract and get the job scheduled
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained in the roof industry by numerous roofing manufacturers in their products and the installation process. Our company has a high level of knowledge and skill in the industry with experience in every type of roofing product
