Chris cares about his work product. During the assembly of my furniture, we discovered design defects with the manufacturing that caused issues with the end product. Because of his professionalism, He came back a few days later to see if he could fix what the manufacturer messed up. It’s was nice to see that Chris was willing to go above and beyond, even when he did not cause the problem.
