- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a vacuum system that only gives minimum dust to the jobs... I always tried to give my costumers the best price, a price that they feel comfortable with it. For refinish floors, I will always provides all the materials, my costumers don't need to worry about nothing, I will take care of materials. Usually my price goes like this: Natural color: $2,00 to $2,50 per sq ft. ( depends on the condition of the floor ) Stain color ( light color, middle color, dark color ): $3,00 to $3,50 per sq ft. Refinishing stairs the price is little bit different, goes like this: Natural color: $35.00 each stairs. Stain color: $40.00 each stairs. For installation the price is also depending on what you have and how you want it install, but it can go like this: $2.00 to $2,50
