- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us, we start with a detailed conversation to understand their specific needs. Then, we schedule a visit to the location for a more accurate assessment of the work to be done. Based on this visit, we provide a transparent, customized quote. If the customer agrees to the quote, we schedule a date for the service, always respecting the agreed-upon deadlines. Our goal is to make the process simple and hassle-free for the customer.
