Our family was planing a large reunion and we didn't want to deal with cooking for over 100 people. After looking over Chef Ben's profile and website we moved forward to discuss the details. He was great to work with and customized a menu that fit great with our budget. Everything went great leading up and including our event. The servers were friendly and helpful. To be able to relax at your own party was priceless. Everyone enjoyed the food and we will be calling smoke shack for next years reunion. Thank you smoke shack bbq!

I have absolutely no regrets ordering from Chef Adama for my "Welcome Spring" bash. It was a party of 35 people and the food had all my guests talking and going back for seconds, thirds, and more! The food was DELICIOUS! You could tell that Chef Adama took his time to cook the food thoroughly and made sure everything was well done. My mother could not stay away from the seafood empanada pasta and I do not blame her, that was my favorite dish! She is begging for me to order more. Ordering from him saved me a lot of time and money. He worked very well with me to make sure I had all the food and utensils I needed to make sure my party guests were served the best food they've ever tasted. Chef Adama delivered and there's no doubt I will hire him again for my "End of Summer" bash.

I had Vanessa cater my 4th of July party last year. The theme was "Republican". I'm a vegetarian and we had several guests with dietary restrictions. Vanessa created a menu with some great passed hors dourves during the main party (I still have people ask about the grilled shrimp w bourbon sauce) and a late night menu for sobering up. Sausage and peppers & an awesome farro and mushroom pie. She gave lots of options for our price point and gave some great suggestions to keep the party on theme. Best part- I didn't have to cook and the kitchen wasn't a mess in the morning.
Mexican post is a hidden gem in Plainsboro, NJ. Small, cozy yet very welcoming Mexican house. My family (9 yrs to 79 yrs) loves to eat in there at least twice a month. Chef June takes extra special care of my boys by customizing their food visit after visit and they love that attention. The food is so affordable that we now cater it for parties at office and home. The catering service offers even bigger, better and yummier portions.
