My experience with cake and confectionery art was outstanding! I reached out to them one month before the wedding, thinking that they might not be able to work in a short amount of time, but they accepted the job and exceeded my expectation. I found a picture of the cake style that I wanted and asked the company if they could make it for me. When I contacted Greg the head baker, he had given me a price for my particular cake. The pricing was affordable and didn't change it stayed the same from the beginning of my order till the day of the delivery, which was so convenient because I didn't have to worry about the price going up or down. I even asked for a cake tasting and they made me a sample of what my cup cakes were going to look like a couple days after I reached out to them. As far as the taste goes, my guests and I absolutely loved the cake! Even the frosting was good! The cake was moist and soft and the presentation was awesome. I have never had a wedding cake so good! Many people asked me where I got the cake made! Greg is so humble and easy to work with and always made sure to communicate all the details about delivery location, the cake it self and any changes, if I had any changes that needed to be made. I am so grateful that this cake company happily accepted my order in such a short amount of time! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a wedding cake. If you want your guests to actually enjoy the cake and the presentation, don't hesitate to give cake and confectionary art a try.

Thank you Sally for adding to our wedding the flavor it deserved. I felt very comfortable working with Sally and knew she had everything under control despite the limited time (we booked her last minute) and the laborious dishes we requested. Being a snobby Middle Eastern foodie and a fairly good cook myself (my wife, not me, she wrote this part of review), it was so great to have the taste of food from home which you rarely can find at Middle Eastern restaurants in the US. Sally makes authentic homemade Lebanese food. Everything is made with fresh ingredients from scratch including dough for the börek pastries, the falafel chickpeas mix, baked eggplants for the baba ghanoush and roasted red peppers for the muhammrah. She also makes amazing kibbeh only second to my mom’s:) Sally accommodated all modifications we asked for and delivered beyond our expectations. Oh, and did I mention the cake? The wedding cake was beautiful too! We were blown away with the cake décor. Two vanilla and a chocolate layer, buttercream frosting, beautiful blue flowers and initial insignia. Just beautiful! All our guests were incredibly pleased with the food and we have received many compliments on our choice. Sally is affordable and the food she makes is worth every penny. She can also make non-Middle Eastern food and cater different cuisine varieties. I would recommend Sally to anyone looking to cater for their special occasion, casual event or even a great home-cooked meal!
