As a retired Animal Health Tech I am able to administer any type of medication as well as subcutaneous fluids, etc. that your pet may need. Do you feed a special diet to your pet? It is vital to keep things the same while you are away so your pet is relaxed and happy. A change in diet can be very stressful. I will prepare their meals just like you would. Oh my gosh! You, Karen, are a godsend. I cannot thank you enough for the loving care that you gave to my babies, especially on such short notice on a Holiday weekend! I couldn't be more grateful and my pups are so happy... And tired. You are so amazing at what you do! I will not hesitate to ask you to care for them again. I have two stories from double Kk. Karen has watched my 3 small children for me countless times and had them all asleep before I came home!! She treats my kids like they're her own. She a wonderful caring person. She has also watched my fur baby charlie when he was very sick and need alot of attention. She made sure he got all his medicine. And was given tons of love. Trust me once you let her watch your pets you will see why I'm raving about her!!!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a base fee of $25 for a short visit (30 mins) and $30 for a standard visit (60 mins). Travel time of up to 30 minutes each way is included in these prices. I do offer 10% discount to senior citizens and veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically send a quote first. If you are interested, I come out to your home to meet you and your pet(s). There is no cost for this initial meet and greet. I feel it is very important for your pet to be a part of the decision process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a retired NY State Animal Health Tech (AHT) and a retired PA Registered Nurse.
