FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new Client, I would prefer a brief phone call to discuss the scope of work, then depending on the service I am providing, I would like to meet in person to discuss the full plans/intentions and any other concerns they have involving the project. If all that goes well, I would sit down with my laptop and type everything up and we as a team can pick out the exact material/supplies needed for the job, and then I would type up the proposal with an agreed upon price, email the customer, and also print everything out on site at their home weather I do it in their home or I go out to my truck and finish up that way, by the time I leave their home they have in hand a paper copy and also a digital copy.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The best advice that I could think of, would be to hear the contractor completely out, so that way you as the client would be fully aware of what their plans, their schedules, and their intentions within your home or property, then to ask any and all questions you would still have. Doing this I do believe that both contractor and client would be at a better understanding of each other personally and professionally.
