Amazing business. This wonderful team cleaned our entire home we just rented that was not cleaned prior. The team cleaned windows, blinds, and other areas that had not been cleaned for years. The carpets desperately needed cleaning and we could not believe the results! A lot of time was put into the work of such a beautiful outcome. Carpets looked like new. This family business put heart and soul in the work in this huge place. The furniture they moved was real wood and heavy but they did this showing such expertise. Five members of Refresh and Renew CO were here and it felt like we knew them forever. Everyone was so nice! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our upfront prices are starting points based on the service, home size and number of bathrooms. We confirm the final scope and price after reviewing the property's condition and, when helpful, photos. Heavy buildup and optional services such as appliance interiors, windows, cabinets, laundry or basement cleaning may change the quote. Recurring customers receive the frequency discounts shown in our pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by confirming the service requested, property size, current condition, priorities and desired timeframe. Photos often allow us to provide an accurate quote without an in-home estimate. Once the scope, price and date are approved, we arrive prepared, complete the agreed checklist and communicate promptly if anything unexpected is found.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in residential and commercial cleaning, apartment turns, move-in and move-out cleaning, deep cleaning and post-construction dust removal. We use professional equipment, follow product directions and focus on safe, detailed and consistent work.
