This was a really challenging assignment since it was being done on inhabitable house and lov Remotely. He was nice enough to accommodate me with my busy schedule and send me a report on time. The inspector was able to get pre drywall inspection done on a short notice and also provided the report rather quickly. Report was pretty detailed and helped with our meeting with the builders. Alan was very nice, explained everything really well and did a great job!

I was in need of a Home Inspection on a place I was looking at, but I was limited as to when I could do it. I was referred to MCJ. I called and spoke to Mark, and he assured me it would be no problem. Both owners of the company showed up to knock the inspection. They found a few issues for me that I was not aware of. I would highly recommend these guys. They were very professional and early for the inspection. They took the time to explain things to me, and had the inspection back to me that night. Our prices are negotiable and we do offer discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My office will make contact with the customer. Appointments are scheduled around what is convenient for the customer. I prefer that the customer is there for the inspection if possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my certification through InterNachi. Which is the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. InterNACHI is the only Home Inspector School that is accredited through the U.S. Dept of Education.
