100% Communication. As soon as I had mentioned the presence of a previous roach infestation, I was informed that the Company could not - for the safety of the workers - proceed with ANY further business. It's nice to know they are concerned with the safety and well-being of their employees.5 stars, even though I could not become a customer.

Bright Space Cleaning did an exceptional job!! Christine responded incredibly fast to every message and provided updates through out the process. They did a beautiful, flawless job on the house and left every single room so clean and spotless. They most definitely paid attention to the smallest details, which is what made everything feel so wonderful when we walked in. The ladies had such a warm, positive energy and were highly professional, yet wonderfully friendly and kind. Thank you!! We look forward to working with you again!!

The only thing I would change is the way she mopped with the swifter-type mop vs an ordinary mop. I felt that it did not get the dust up as well as a regular mop would have. Other than that, everything was good.
