- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not. I really need to look at the job first to get a proper assessment of what needs to be done. I cannot get that by the a phone call or over the Internet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will go to their home and look at the specific area to be painted. I do not give quotes without seeing the job first. Once I see it, then I can quote via phone or email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 33 years experience in painting, but most of it has been residential field. However, I will do some commercial painting depending on the scope of work.
