Steve got back to my query promptly and was able to come by and give an estimate on the same morning we spoke. He was professional and thorough, and explained everything about his process and methods in detail. Though bed bugs did not turn out to be present (thank god!), he left me with helpful information about next steps I could take to ensure that those pests would never be a problem in the future. I kept his card in case I ever suspect pests in the future, as I would absolutely use Reliant's services again.

Expectations exceeded! Steve was amazing. He truly understands his craft. He not only eliminated our mice concerns but fixed our garage door so they can't get in anymore. We ended doing the maintenance package because we have other issues in the summer. Again thank you Reliant Pest Control.
