I am not the cheapest but training with me is normally a one time investment where I help you lose the weight and teach you the habits and skills you need to keep it off forever and still enjoy going out for drink or having cheese or pizza every once in a while. My price quoted is for a 4 month program where you will train 2-5 times per week. I am so pumped for your transformation. You deserve this, LETS DO IT!

What did I like? Are you kidding? What didn't I like. Here's Old School - I have to go to the gym for the equipment. I have to go online or to weight watchers, or god knows where for nutrition. Do I count calories? carbs? points? what do I do? I have to find friends and family for the support. Or I keep my plans to myself making it very easy to fail. Today - I go to Coach Sy/Stella Fitness and I get the whole package. Coach Sy and I worked together for a year straight. I needed a complete overhaul. My mind, body and spirit had suffered tremendously due to life happenings and I made a mess of myself. Sy had his work cut out for him. My results were fantastic. Yes, I did the work myself, I get that. But I am telling you, they would not be what they were without him. If I had to pick one thing to put a big star by, it would be his knowledge. We still work together in different capacities and I still check in with him on my nutrition and fitness plans and he always responds timely and with great knowledge. To this day I still get so impressed with the knowledge he has! It's endless! My goal for 2018 is to ask him a question and stump him. The gyms are out. Sorry to say, but fitness and nutrition has become more intimate and personal and 'family oriented' - fitness is about the whole person and that mindset is FINALLY starting to become mainstream. Stella Fitness gets that and is going to take the Lehigh Valley by storm, you watch.

I love Stella fitness! I just started training with their personal trainer Nina and she is great! She is extremely knowledgeable and gradually works you up to your full potential. Although it has only been 1 week since I started training with her, I have already started seeing some results! I would totally recommend working with Stella fitness :)

I would recommend Sy and Stella to anyone in the Easton area looking to commit to a personal training schedule. They are very excellent people that I am glad to have met. Sy customizes his training programs to individual needs (in my case working around a bad back and shoulder).
