Elite Moving company is fantastic. We had a last minute change to our move date and I called them two weeks before where Derrick let me know they had an opening in their schedule to help us move. They came right on time and were very careful with everything—wrapped couches, dresser, TVs, etc. We actually moved into a fixer upper so a majority of our things needed to go into the basement because the floors are getting finished in a few weeks, and they worked incredibly hard putting almost everything down the stairs. All of this work in roughly 6 hours and for a price that would have been at least double if I had gone with another company. Thank you for everything Elite Moving!

I called only three days before my move because my move date had unexpectedly changed. The owner was able to schedule me short notice. My move was relatively small (simply unloading a two bedroom apartment out of a pod and into my house which should only take about an hour and a half), and the owner was direct in explaining that there is a minimum fee they have to charge to make it worthwhile for their movers, even explaining how the cost structure worked. We were able to work together to find a price that was fair to all. The movers texted me to let me know they *might* be late at about 15 till. It was rush hour in the middle of the city, so I was running late myself coming home from work. They ended up being on time after all, and I appreciated their proactive communication. They were task oriented and careful with my things, even helping me put back together an ikea dresser that frequently falls apart. They also set up my bedframe for me and had some suggestions about what do with my box spring that would (unfortunately) not fit up the stairs. As an aside, I'm young (ish) single female homeowner, so whether or not I'll feel comfortable with contractors and movers in my home can be a source of stress. I felt very comfortable with the men they sent. They were respectful and courteous. Would hire them again.

A long overdue review from last July, but wanted to give credit where credit is due. I had a fantastic moving experience with Elite. Derrick was very patient and responsive during the initial consultation, answering all of my questions. On moving day, Tim and Chris did an awesome job - they were very careful with packing, moving, and disassembly / assembly of the beds. They were both very courteous and definitely got their workout in for the day. I'm moving again in two months, so I will be contacting Derrick shortly to see if the Elite team can help with my next move. Thanks again for everything!
