About

Songs you forgot you love… to match any vibe. My minimum fee is $500 for within 60 miles of Harrisburg, PA. If your budget matches, I would love to put together a custom quote for your event. Thank you! Looking for a musician who knows how to read the room? Whether it's keeping the volume just right for conversation or sensing a need for upbeat energy, I would love to help make your next event one to remember. Clients often comment about my professionalism, versatility and ability to connect with a crowd for a relaxed yet engaging atmosphere your guests will remember. With over 7 hours of music in my catalog, each performance is curated in the moment, appealing to all generations and lovers of good music. As a lifelong multi-instrumentalist and vocalist, music has always been my passion. In 2016, I began performing solo at restaurants, breweries, wineries and casinos in and around the Greater Harrisburg, PA area. Event planners repeatedly hire me for private and public events at Giant Foods, RE/MAX Premier Services, Edwin L. Heim Company, Central Pennsylvania College, Hill Society Club, Country Club of Harrisburg, Hershey Country Club and more. Each event is about YOU and your guests, not me. I'm just here to tap into memories and help create new ones. I provide live acoustic guitar and vocals for corporate events, private events, grand openings, customer appreciation events, backyard BBQs, house parties, retirement parties, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, cocktail hours, receptions and more. Curtis plays at many of our corporate events and always does a fantastic job. His music consistently sets the perfect atmosphere for our gatherings, whether its a Christmas party, a retirement celebration, or anything in between. We always receive great feedback and have an enjoyable experience each time he performs!

Curtis Smith Acoustic Rock's reply

THANK YOU for the review and for trusting me to be your source of entertainment! Every year, I look forward to performing at your company Christmas party. The Radisson Penn Harris in Camp Hill does such a top-notch job in hosting. But foremost, the time and attention you put into planning along with your generosity towards Heim employees is just amazing. I am so happy to help add to the incredible experience that your staff and guests deserve.

Curtis performed at our wedding. He was a true professional who also made the day fun! We loved his music selections and his willingness to learn some of our favorite songs. He was wonderful to work with and is super talented, kind, and flexible. Thank you, Curtis!

Hi Kerri & Pam! Thank you for sharing this. There was so much joy and happiness in the room that day. I am honored you chose me for your wedding at The Mill in Hershey. For anyone planning an event in the greater Harrisburg & Hershey areas, I’d love the opportunity to create more memories like this one. Stay happy.

By myself just the other night, went to see this cool cat play. He played so good that the roof caved in. He didnt even stop the show!!! Dont remember the place, but I remember the face and now everybody oughta go!!!Just kidding, Curtis is an amazing performer and you cant go wrong seeing him play. What impressed me the most is he wont play a song if he doesnt feel hes doing it justice. Not just the song, but the artist themselves. That speaks volumes about the integrity he carries with him on stage. He also wont play Free Bird just because youre hammered and have a hankering for some Skynard!!! Again INTEGRITY!!!!Do yourself a favor and check him out. I cant guarantee the roof wont cave in. But if it does.he will keep on playing!!!

Curtis Smith Acoustic Rock's reply

To my very good friend, Tom. THANK YOU! I am digging the Van Halen lyrical quote. As for Skynyrd… love me some Skynyrd! Seriously though, after not seeing you for a few years, it blew me away that you drove over 3 hours to see my show without even telling me. Wow! If there’s a place for me to give 5 stars for your friendship, I’ll be the first to post that review. Rock on, brother!
