- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in transparent and fair pricing with no hidden fees. Every home is different, so my rates are based on factors such as the size of the home, the type of cleaning service requested, and the overall condition of the space. I provide a clear estimate before any work begins, so you know exactly what to expect. I offer competitive pricing for one-time cleanings as well as discounted rates for recurring weekly, biweekly, or monthly services. Move-in, move-out, and deep cleaning projects may require additional time and are priced accordingly. If you have special requests or areas that need extra attention, we can discuss those during the estimate to make sure the service is tailored to your needs and budget. My goal is to provide high-quality, reliable cleaning services at a fair price while delivering excellent value and outstanding results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and focused on making things easy for my clients. First, I discuss the customer's cleaning needs, the size of the home, and any specific requests or areas that need extra attention. I then provide a clear estimate and work with them to schedule a convenient date and time. On the day of service, I arrive on time with the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. Before I begin, I do a quick walkthrough to make sure I understand the customer's expectations. I complete the cleaning with attention to detail and always strive to leave the home fresh, spotless, and organized. After the job is finished, I check in with the customer to ensure they are satisfied and address any final requests. My goal is to build long-term relationships by providing reliable, high-quality service and excellent communication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was professionally trained and certified while working for a house cleaning company, where I learned industry-standard cleaning techniques and customer service. Cleaning is something I truly enjoy, and I’ve continued to build my knowledge through self-education and staying up to date on the best products and methods. I take pride in being reliable, detail-oriented, and treating every home with the same care and respect I would my own.
