- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and fair. We don’t do hidden fees or surprise charges. We base everything on the size of the space and what kind of cleaning you need. If it’s a regular service, we’re always happy to work out a discounted rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with a quick conversation — either over the phone or through messages — to get a feel for what you’re looking for. From there, we’ll either schedule a walk-through or ask a few questions so we can give you an accurate quote. Once you’re ready, we’ll get you on the schedule and show up ready to go
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve learned through experience — plain and simple. Over the years, we’ve developed systems that help us clean thoroughly and efficiently, and we’re always learning better ways to take care of different surfaces, materials, and spaces.
