Macillio and Lydia arrived on time and spent more than three hours on their first visit to my somewhat large house. This was my first experience in using a professional cleaning team! My wife and I had Kenzie and Cody over yesterday for a deep clean of our apartment. to put it simply we were blown away. they were extremely communicative, thorough in their cleaning, kind and understanding. we have had cleaners before who were always very nice to us but sometimes had an undertone of judgement, but that was NOT the case here. we apologized for the state of the house several times and every time they assured us they were happy to help and we truly felt it. outside of their incredibly kind nature, the job they did was PHENOMENAL. they were at our home for 5 hours getting every nook and cranny, and not missing a single detail. I didn't even realize until this morning all of the cabinets were organized and everything feels so much more manageable now that it is clean and tidy. we felt the price was extremely reasonable for the level of clean we received. we will definitely be coming back to Tip Top for additional services and huge shout-out to Kenzie and Cody. not only for the excellent clean they provided but the level of care and kindness they showed to our home and to us as well. thank you!!!!
