These men were exceptional. Extremely responsive and kept in contact with me along the way! When an issue arose with the pick up location (store issue, not them!) they helped me solve the problem without putting me out of my way whatsoever. 10/10 would reccomend and will use again if I need anything moved!

I could not have been more pleased with the work of Pens Cleanouts. I needed to book someone to move some of my belongings on very short notice; they responded almost immediately. They showed up on time and completed the work quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I wasn't able to pack as much as I had hoped because I'd injured myself so they went above and beyond to help out. I enjoyed talking with them and really appreciated the care they took with my belongings -- and with COVID protocols. I'd hire them again in a second and would recommend them very highly.

Great guy. Communicated during the process and ETA. Was professional, as well as friendly. Would recommend to friends and family.

Despite a snafu, I am completely happy with the service! Pens is awesome (ask him about proper squat form 😊) and OMG they completed my job SO fast! Will definitely use again and again!

They arrived almost an hour late. Once there, the work got done quickly despite a steady rain the entire time we were loading and unloading. The price they gave me was reasonable. I gave them extra due to the weather.
