William and Ana were awesome during their visit. They brought up my fairly large table from the first floor and set up it up really quickly. There was some damage to the table (not their fault, it arrived damaged and I did not notice) and they pointed it out to me and let me know how I can easily fix it and told me to get a refund from the company. I will definitely reach out to Pencils again if I have more bulky furniture to put together.

Very professional and fast WITHOUT sacrificing quality. Kept me abreast of the very large kitchen vanity they were putting together. I’d let them know if I had to do this with my wife we would have divorced. They helped move it in place and instruct me on how to use the leftover materials. I.e. a clip to bolt it to the wall if I wanted to. Definitely would hire again
