- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
New Radon systems installed in Pennsylvania are subject to a $50 tax, we include this cost in our detailed quotes. Coupons are sometimes available through our email mailing list. You can sign up at our website: evqharrisburg.com
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a full time office that sets up all of the work that our company does. Our technicians are trained to fully service customers and answer all questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our home inspectors: Certified by the PA DEP and ASHI for Radon testing and inspection, respectively. These certifications require regular continuing education. Our Radon techs: Licensed by the PA DEP for Radon Mitigation. This requires yearly training by our Certified Mitigation Individual, John.
