I was looking for somebody to clean an apartment I am moving out of. It needed every surface cleaned, some dishes washed, and the refrigerator cleaned out. I posted my job description, and Jenn contacted me through Thumbtack within an hour or two. There were several applicants for this job, but Jen was the only one with reviews, and seemed like she was one of the only ones operating a legitimate business. I decided to give her a call after reading her excellent reviews, and she scheduled a consultation the very next morning. She was very punctual for the consultation, she took a good look around my apartment, took note of what I needed done, and gave me a fair estimate. I agreed to hire her, and she was able to clean my apartment within the week. She was on time when showing up to my apartment to clean, and she even had a team with her. Her and her team worked very efficiently, and finished the job within a very reasonable time. I had never hired a cleaning service before now, but she did such a thorough job in the apartment I will likely decide to hire her again to help me keep my new home sparkling clean. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jenn's services! She was very pleasant to work with, and very professional!

Jennifer did a thorough initial cleaning of our house (2x bathrooms, 3x bedrooms, microwave, oven, fridge, plus all surfaces and all floors). It took about 4 hours. Very happy with the service, and Jennifer is very nice and professional. We will be pleased to have her come every two weeks.
