My main wellness program is called, ESSENTIAL WELL-BEING SOLUTIONS and combines Pain Relief Counseling, Yoga Therapy, Stress Management, & Wellness Coaching. This program is an introduction to people who are just learning about or wanting to deepen their understanding of health, wellness, and personal improvement. As such my sessions can include: private yoga lessons, lifestyle consulting, wellness education, and holistic treatments for renewed vitality & inner peace.

PAIN RELIEF COUNSELING
It's difficult to think clearly about your options when you're in pain. So, sometimes the best thing to do is begin with Pain Relief Counseling. Let's take an hour or more to have you tell your story and sort out your recognizable paths to wellness & well-being. We can do this via phone or in-person. I offer group sessions for families as well, who are challenged by one or more family members dealing with enduring health concerns. With over 20 years experience, I invite to you explore the possibilities with me.
Yoga is an ancient form of healthy reconditioning which address physical, mental, emotional & spiritual well-being, as well as a holistic & balanced lifestyle. Having taught yoga since I was 17, I have studied it & related topics for many, many years now. I am patient & inspiring, working with clients who want to learn about holistic living, balancing their lifestyle, creating sanctuary for themselves, doing yoga & cultivating some kind of meditation practice. You may select Private Hatha Yoga instruction for individuals, couples, or small groups, to achieve your wellness goals. I also teach other branches of yoga, as there is a branch of yoga for every personality.
STRESS MANAGEMENT COACHING
For anyone who needs to slow down and recover from the overwhelm or stress in their life, I also offer Stress Management Coaching. These sessions can be via phone or in-person. They will help you resolve problems at home or work, ease your transition during a major life change, or address your health and well-being goals. You may opt for coaching via phone or at my center in Towson, and request a combination of sitting or reclining therapies to address your issues. Some people find aromatherapy, breath work, hypnotherapy or regular talking therapy most helpful. Your wellness journey is unique to you and is something I can help you sort out.
HEALTH & WELLNESS COACHING
Wellness Coaching of any kind may be done in person at our Towson location or by phone. When you're in overwhelm or are facing a major life crisis, you may want to choose this coaching program to survey the wide range of modalities which can assist you in not only relieving symptoms, but in creating a healthier lifestyle. Your recipe for health & optimal well-being probably consists of a combination of learning healthy habits & lifestyle choices. Each session, we will discuss what is working for you & what is most challenging. Then, I will suggest some ideas for you to try in-between our sessions and develop your "Wellness Action Plan". As the weeks progress, you will see rapid progress, the more time you can devote to your healing journey.
As a result of a lifetime studying holistic health, I've opened a wellness center in Towson, MD, where I also offer Aromatherapy, Counseling, Hypnotherapy, Meditation Lessons, Essential Oils, Reiki treatments, Healthy Cooking Lessons, Angel Therapy, Shaman Soul Retrieval Sessions, & Chakra balancing, Pain Relief Exercises, as well as other holistic medicine for personal evolution & well-being. Whatever your healing journey is about, my programs can readily complement your existing medical treatment, to offer you more time & attention for what you need to feel better, more and more each day.
