My (2005) computer encountered what I later found out was ransomware full of "FBI threats" that had me very upset. Craig was able to REMOTELY get my computer up and running and gave me tips on what to do myself if it ever happened again. Shortly after that, during a winter storm blackout, my computer failed. Craig rushed right over, knew immediately that it was my power supply, knew just where to go locally to find a replacement and had my computer fixed within a few minutes. He has also helped me choose free security software knowing I am on a tight budget. He recently called me with a reminder to always back up my data. He is never too busy to answer questions. Craig really knows his stuff, and from what I hear, he is a whiz with cell phones, too!

First call was corrected over the phone. Seems I got malware from clicking on the wrong web site.
Second call he came to house to replace dvd player. While he was here vacuumed the case. And I will call him if any further service is needed.
