- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After you've received an estimate, please let me know if you qualify for a veterans or senior citizen discount, and I'd be happy to make the adjustment for 10% off the entire cost of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love hearing from clients any day of the week, so feel free to call or text me. If you need a quote for a project, I'll do my best to respond within 24 hours whether I am available. If I'm available in the near future, I'll ask a few questions about your project and either send you an estimate.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Take your time selecting who you are going to invite into your home to help solve a problem. If a company or franchise seems distant and impersonal upfront, imagine how they'll be if you're not satisfied with their service. I want to hear your issue, formulate a plan to solve the problem, give you an estimated price I hope you're comfortable with, then let you decide, no high pressure sales tactics.
