- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
usually square footage and age of home are used to determine the appropriate price
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer i find out as much information about the home to be inspected as possible. I also require a pre-inspection agreement which to be signed electronically before the inspection. On inspection day i will show up typically 15-30 minuets early to get myself in order so when the client arrives i can devote as much attention to their concerns and questions as possible. A typical inspection will take 3-4 hours. I am there for my client if they have any questions or concerns i do my best to give answers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an avionics technician in the US Navy which teaches attention to detail. I have been a remodeling contractor for 25 years. I have taken the course from internachi and am now a full member in good standing and take continuing education classes every year.
