I am satisfied with the work Elizabeth did at my home. I would recommend making the beds in the future and organizing more in some areas of the home. Other than that I think she did a good job. I look forward to working with her on a regular basis.

Someone everyone needs in their life! If you are looking to declutter and organize a space in your home you have found the right company!!! Ebony is just amazing. I requested an organizer on thumbtack and didn’t even think people like this existed! I have lived in my home for 12 years and always tried my best to keep things in order but being restricted on time and life in itself starts to create clutters in the home. Before you know it it’s something that stresses you to no end & the loss of functionality starts to overflow into other parts of the house. Where does this go?? Where should I put this at? Rrrrrr, just throw it in the drawer or here or there. Before you know it you’re losing things, buying other things because you can’t find anything anymore!! Sprinkle in the rest of the family and life’s clutter feast is enough to drive you insane. That is basically what happened to me. I reached out on thumbtack and was sent a declutter angel!! Like I said I didn’t know people like this existed. It was late in the evening and I quickly got responses back all seemed to be automated but not Ebony! Fate would have her on my side. We were messaging back and forth and then she said she’d call me in 2 minutes!! The initial phone conversation consisted of a series of simply questions. She was professional and gave enough detail to get a sense of my specific needs! She gave me a few options so she could review my spaces of concern. I opted for an in home visit so she can truly get a sense of my needs and the results I was looking for. The visit went well and the way she viewed my space one could tell she knew exactly what she needed to do! Her pricing was competitive and worth every penny. We went over both mine and her scheduling availability and set a date to start. The end result was just like we initially met. My clutter angel delivered all she promised. The dressing room is just amazing!!!!! Neat, clean and what a sense of relief!!! I have rehired her to do my basement and my bathroom closet. Her and her team are a must have!!! So glad I met the right person the 1st time!!! Thank you so very much!

On the first occasion, I hired Peaceful Solutions at the last minute (reached out a day before) for a deep cleaning of our place and really appreciated their quick response and hassle-free scheduling process. I was also very happy with the cleaning experience, and hired the same cleaner again for a usual, light cleaning. She is very positive, did a good job each time, worked diligently, and was open to suggestions. I would hire her again, and am overall satisfied with the results but the following are a few areas I would like to see improvements on: (1) the cleaner was late by 30-45 min both times. The cleaner did let me know in the morning and was not a big deal, but I'd rather get the scheduling piece out of the way during the actual scheduling process, as I had aleady run back to our place from breakfast to be on time for the cleaning on the first day. (2) I felt that some supervision and guidance was necessary at both times. The first time she worked very hard and did a thorough job, but it took much longer than both parties initially estimated, leaving behind a few items I wanted to get done at a deep cleaning session. The second time, I gave her some instructions and headed out towards the end of the session. She did thorough work for both BRs/BAs and helped with organizing, which I appreciated, but left the foor in the living room space uncleaned (or not completely cleaned? I wasn't sure.) If she could plan and prioritize cleaning and communicate that with me, I would be feel more comfortable not blocking off my time for the cleaning sessions. That said, I'm happy with the services and experience overall, and got what I was looking for -- trustworthy and competent cleaning service.
Caroline's company has been cleaning our home on a weekly basis for some time now. I tell everyone about her services, because her employees, as well as Caroline, do such an amazing job! Caroline is fair, flexible and consistently professional. She checks in to make sure her employees are doing outstanding work...(which they always do!) and she always goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy. I have used other cleaning services, but no one compares to this company. It is a warm, honest family company and they leave my home spotless! The floors, the windows, furniture, everything is just beautiful. I never have to think about it and I can enjoy my home while being busy doing everything else that resulted me in calling her for services in the first place! She organized personally handled the complete process of getting a house with 47 years worth of stuff and no updates emptied and ready for sale. I have been using Ask Anna for almost a year now and they have always kept my apartment in tip top shape.
