- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer low-middle price range wedding films with a la carte add-ons such as drone coverage, same-day edits, and trailers. We offer an LGBTQ+ discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For weddings, we will send a questionnaire to get the details about your wedding and to take your requests for your film or photography. We will also reach out for either a face to face meeting or video chat to get to know you and to answer any questions you might have about the process or how the shoot will go on the day-of. For non-wedding projects, we start with an in-person meeting, video call, or phone call to get a sense of the scope of the project, your budget and how we can take your vision and translate it into an actionable production plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Brad, the owner, has a bachelor's degree in Film and Media Arts from Temple University and has been working in the videography and photography field for over a dozen years. Jenna, his wife, has a background in art and illustration and has been a freelance photographer and videographer for six years.
