Quick response.. Exactly what I was looking for in guitar lessons. Everyone was very helpful. Thank you.
Amazing. Genesis has taught me so much about music. She's taught me how to play piano and guitar, and voice. She has also helped me understand music on a whole different level. She's also taught me how to be confident. And if I am confused on something, she will go slowly, and go through the steps and help me understand it.
Followed up promptly. Showed up on time. Was an excellent instructor so far. Only one lesson so far. I would recommend Rob to someone needing to expand or start with guitar.
I am nearing retirement and have never played an instrument. Art has been able to teach me some basic cords and in a few weeks I have been able to play a few songs. He has been a good match for starting guitar.
Ever since I can remember, Jason has been studying music. A writer, producer, manager, studio extraordinaire, he is everything music. Since we were kids all I can remember is just experimenting, that was the most fun of all because when you are young and you have the same passion as your cousin sitting right next to you, as you experiment with different sounds and styles, you create magic. I will always remember all the times we would stop jamming (him on guitar and myself on drums) and just look at each other like, wow, that was freaking awesome. We always had a chemistry and really I think it's because we just come from the same blood line as our highly talented grandfather who was a very respected drummer in the Delaware County area in Pa. As time went on and we became older, Jason really took off. His dream to open his own studio always stayed in the back of his mind through college and it motivated him and gave him the drive of the musican he is today. The thing about Jason is that he is humble. Sure, everyone wants to get paid but with Jason it's all about the music. He generally just wants to learn off of new artists and their sounds/styles and also give his feedback to them. It's all about bouncing ideas off one another in the studio, that's how the magic happens. Couldn't begin to explain the countless hours staying up listening to tracks over and over but that makes a great producer. I remember the Hobokan, NJ studio session and how accomplished we felt after just a weekend there. We really put in some work but most of all had fun whenever we made music together. Today, Jason would say he still has a lot to learn just because that's how humble he is but I would say he is at his strongest point in his career right now. With his own studio business growing and his ear for catchy music better than ever, I would encourage anyone who was looking for a producer/engineer to take the time and use this guys knowledge. He knows a lot at such a young age and I only wish I could be around more to experience the magic with him.
Great teacher, even better guy. If you're looking for guitar lessons in Lancaster look no further, he is your man. I came to him with no prior knowledge on how to play the guitar and I've progressed much further than I ever would have expected in less than 6 months of lessons. Also, the man is a legend at playing guitar.
She is awesome to work with. My daughter loves to go to get lessons. My daughter has made great progress in her singing and piano lessons while working with Jennifer. I would recommend Her to anyone.
My teenage son has been enjoying Danton's classical guitar teaching for the past two years. In this time, he has greatly matured in his playing skills and understanding of music theory. Danton challenges his students in creative and fun ways, making lessons a pleasure. He includes the student in selecting music, being sure to advance the student's skill level without overwhelm the student. He is professional, engaging, and friendly. Additionally, his ability to come to my home for lessons saves me time each week. Certainly, he is a very talented musician whom I eagerly recommend for all styles of piano or guitar instruction.
As an older student who has been playing for thirty-plus years with very little professional instruction, I had concerns about not being able to find a guitar teacher who would be able to break me of my worn-in bad habits. It has been very easy communicating my interests and concerns with Kevin, and his wealth of knowledge of music is very apparent. His approach to teaching is very casual but still maintains direction. My instruction so far has included in-depth scale exercises across the fretboard, music theory & chord construction, popular and classic chord progressions in several genres, exercises in well-known guitar method texts, and just learning how to play a favorite old song. I am always looking forward to my weekly lesson, as does my ten-year-old daughter who has just begun her lessons with Kevin.
I offer beginner guitar or drum lessons for children and adults who are interested in learning an instrument.
No two students are alike... my instruction reflects this. I tailor each lesson to the musical needs of the student, as well as the emotional needs--the source of excitement, and motivation. I teach modern music ensembles (small groups of varied styles)... I know what is needed to play with other people, skills needed to CREATE with other people...and much of my instruction addresses these disciplines. I believe that LEARNING BY DOING/PLAYING is just as beneficial to the experience of music as the "one on one" and "alone time" is...the time it takes to be conversational on their chosen instrument.
I do not teach tradational curriculums of learning music.I teach the students the music they want to learn. Most of my students will be playing the styles and songs they want to learn within 6-8 weeks as long as they practice at least a half hour a day. They memorize the basic concepts and practice these concepts. This will them apply to most styles of music and genres.

I help musicians who are looking to become a more advanced player than they already are. I work very well with students as I help run the music program for students at my local church.
Lessons tailor made to the students desires to grow on an artistic and technical level. I examine where the student is and cultivate a wholistic learning environment that covers more than just technical proficiency on the instrument.
I create personalized lessons plans. Each person learns differently and one method doesn't work for everyone. There are certain basic techniques every musician needs to learn. They can be taught out of a book or using a certain method, but I've found people learn best when the concepts are presented using songs and styles of music they imagine themselves playing.
I offer guitar lessons to students of all ages and levels of experience. I work with the student to create a curriculum specific to the individual's objectives and abilities.
I have been playing for about 15 years now. I've played with a band, Fight From the Kid, for about three years, met a lot of cool people and learned a lot about music through the process! I am just looking to further my abilities at the same time as I'm teaching drums. The best way to learn is to teach. If you are interested in any specific style, let me know. There is a plethora of drum books online. The only thing I am still trying to master myself is double bass, but I do know the basics so far and have become a lot better.
I'm a laid-back 22-year-old Berklee College of Music Alumni. I received a scholarship to attend Berklee for my musical talent. I've been playing guitar for over a decade, and I truly love all genres (rock, blues, funk, folk, R and B, jazz, neo soul, reggae, etc.). I've been teaching for about five years. My students' ages have ranged from five to 67 years old. I love teaching beginners as well as experts, and I think I have plenty of knowledge to share with players of all levels.
I have had many lessons in singing and guitar. I've played for nearly 10 years now, and I am an active singer in my community. I was a paid academic tutor throughout my years of undergraduate school. I have tackled some of the hardest standardized tests and now exactly how to do well.
