Ty did a great job installing the wiring for our doorbell and patched/painted the wall after installing the wiring. He also removed an old sliding door track and replaced it with a more flush surface. He’s very straight forward with his pricing and will get the job done.

Ty was on time as stated. Ty performed three jobs for and the were all completed in a timely fashion. He installed a ceiling fan, a chandelier in foyer, and replaced a spot light above my sun room. He was neat and cleaned up after each job. The quickness in which he completed the jobs were very impressive. Ty was also very personable, respectful, and easy to work with. Ty will be my first call for any handyman type jobs going forward.

He is all about the money. He gave a price, and I negotiated to what I felt was fair and he accepted. I had a final light fixture for installation which could not be done due to myself mistakenly discarding a needed part which was only discovered after he had taken down the old fixture, but he could not reattach the old fixture back in place and left it needing further attention from someone else after he removed it. I also did my own clean up and trash removal with what seemed like no appreciation from him for that same price. Very nice guy but to me I felt like the money was his top priority when I feel it should be equal on both sides of the job. However, on a scale of 1 to 10 I honestly would rate him an 8.
