- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very competive pricing and are willing to give a 10% discount for customer booking at least 3 hours and repeat customers. We do have fees if there is more than 1 flight of stairs up or down.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive and order, we get an approximate list of items being moved, the number of bedrooms and stairs/elevator avilability etc. We utilize this information to determin the time it may take to perform a move and give an estimated price for the move. When we arrive on site to begin the move we, complete another walk through and confirm the price quoted for the move to make certain the move stays in the price range quoted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been providing moving services for the past 3 years as a family. We train our workers using the latest technology and equipment to ensure your belongings are properly packed, loaded and transported to your new location in a safe and sound manner.
