Phil, thank you for the Review so that we are able to respond to you regarding working with you. 1 - You scheduled work then once we gave you an upfront price, you decided you were going to wait because you didn't want to pay to fix the leak the correct way. When you were charged a trip and diagnostic fee, you refused to pay it, threatening that you would definitely never use our services. In order to keep you happy as a Customer, I personally waived the $49.95. 2 - You then decided to move forward with an adjusted price for a quick fix so it was as cheap as possible, going against our recommendation regarding how to make the repair. When the water was turned on to the property the next day, there was a pinhole leak (that we couldn't test for because there was no water), which we thought would be the case. 3 - In a phone conversation regarding scheduling to come back, you made a decision to 'M*****F***' and insult our Technician and our Company and Us personally, even though you are the one who made the decision to not REPLACE the problem area, but try to REPAIR it, against our professional opinion. 4 - Our Technician made a new repair on a Saturday, at absolutely no labor cost to you...you paid cost for material to do the job right...the way WE wanted it done in the first place. 5 - So altogether, we waived a trip and diagnostic fee, made a repair that YOU wanted, tried to make you happy by returning to make a repair at no charge on a Saturday, even though you declined the proper work, and you give us a 1 Star Review. I hope your leak is resolved. As a property manager, in the future you may want to look into hiring handymen and not specialty tradespeople.
