Horrible decision. Kept asking for more and more money, yet never completed the job. Was unprofessional. I have serious doubts as to whether he is even licensed, as he did not appear to possess much plumbing knowledge, if any. Between myself and a veterans organization that also paid him to help me (though I hired him long before they stepped in to help, though I told them I had my doubts about him) we were out of THOUSANDS and I still did not have a single functioning plumbing fixture. I was also informed that the bathroom sink wasn't part of the bathroom, thus was not added to the drain line. I am more than willing to share pictures of the lack of work if requested. If actually licensed, I'd highly recommend they take his license back, by force if need be. I'm not a plumber, but I can tell that the work he did was not correct. I had to hire someone else to fix what he messed up. He also did not care to listen when I told him that I wanted a gas water heater. He assumed the gas line was bad without even checking, as he was unsure as to how. Instead, I ended up with an overpriced electric water heater THAT WAS HOOKED UP INCORRECTLY and had to be redone. He was also incapable of hooking up my water softener that I purchased, (that is intended to be set up by the consumer). As an office worker, I have more plumbing knowledge than he does, though he assumed I was dumb. If I could give him zero stars, I would. He kept harassing me about more money, before he even did what he was paid to do in the first place. I gave in until I had enough and told him no more. He wanted more from me and after taking the maximum the veterans organization paid him to help me, wanted even more from me, though the work was incomplete. He did not honor any agreements and took us for all we had. This is a scam that needs to be looked into. He gave a set price for set work then went above set price before even doing the work. I had also bought materials and supplies, though he chose not to use them. (Though in his bid to the veterans organization, he said he would supply the shower, which I already had purchased, I thought it would save him money, but the price went up even though he budgeted about $500 for that alone) I supplied all of the fixtures, yet not a single one was hooked up. I ended up with a shower with no head or knobs or water, for that matter (heck, there wasn't even a hole to put them in, a sink with no water (faucets and knobs were included), but I was told that wasn't included in the bathroom, as it wasn't even hooked up to the drain line, and a toilet that I installed, that wasn't hooked in to the supply line. I saw water in it and got excited, but then realized they must've went into the basement and got a bucket, because the pex I supplied was not ran. I supplied the toilet, sink and shower, along with Sharkbite PEX, fittings (tees, adapters, and the works; the push fit kind) and tools (cutting and release) and only needed the drain lines and glue supplied. However, my job still never got done. I was left with not a single functioning piece of equipment! Feel free to see the pics and count the things you see wrong. (the pex seen in the pics was preexixting and to be replaced, as many weren't banded properly, not that any of it was hooked into the water supply) https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0Bz_3JlGpFyYoUVpaRG5WTUlUdUk&usp=sharing

The service that was provided to me was installation of a water pressure regulator. The service was excellent. I would recommend Bob's Plumbing to anyone looking for plumbing services.
