We had our first session with Mark and it was amazing. Both my husband and I really like Mark's approach to yoga. With wealth of experience and knowledge, he walked us through the basics of yoga, made sure we did each post correctly based on our own bodies. Mark is patient and has good sense of humor -- all of which made the session enjoyable. We signed up for more private lessons with Mark.
