Tamara Stark is an excellent teacher. She is really committed to helping her students to not only learn Tai Chi correctly, but to also apply it to the world outside. She is sincerely hoping to improve our health using it. I'm taking it to improve both my balance and help in relaxation. She gives us individual attention and corrects our form so that we don't learn it wrong. I truly value her tremendous instruction and would recommend her class to anyone looking to better themselves.
