- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the number of children attending the event and what services the host desires.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask questions about the location, date, time, number attending, type of event. I try to adapt to each event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of World Clown Association, Clowns of America, International & Fellowship of Christian Magicians. I have attended classes at their annual conventions. I go to classes every time I get a chance! I attend classes at a conference at least once yearly. I also read for new ideas and glean from fellow clowns.
