Terrible experience. Service Man was rude, curt and condescending.Called in to get service on our Samsung dryer. Error code HE - Heating Element. Mr. Appliance would not provide an estimate. They said their Service Man would need to do an in-person diagnosis ??? He came and took the dryer apart, went on his lap top, and quoted me $405 to replace the Heating Element. I had researched the part...it's a $50 part at retail at many places. I asked why so much ? No real response, except "That's what it is" One week later, I purchased the Heating Element for $ 43. Took me 1 hour to replace. Also discovered that two plastic tabs were broken in the control panel assembly - obviously caused from the Service Man. Additionally, 2 screws housing the door assembly were missing ???Don't use Mr. Appliance !!!!!! Would like to post a negative number review, but the review site only allows 1 to 5.

Mr.Appliance is great! They are polite on the phone and genuinely sound interested in helping you resolve your problem. They keep their appointments, and even give a courtesy call when they are on the way. The technicians are polite and listen. They wear floor protectors when they enter the home. They assess the problem and fix it or order parts to repair the problem. Mr. Appliance actually calls to let you know when the parts are in to schedule the repair. My parts came in 3 days. Get this. Their was a snow storm predicted for the day of my repair and Mr. Appliance called me to reschedule so they could take care of my problem before the storm came. They could easily have called to cancel the day of the storm, but they came early! My refrigerator got fixed. It is working fine now. I really believe that is all businesses functioned as well as Mr. Appliance, the world would have a lot less stress. I would not hesitate to call Mr. Appliance again when I have an appliance problem. The service is great!
