- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
How Mr Appliance worksite, we can send on of our service professionals to your home , they will diagnose the problem and give you an exact quote. If you chose not to move forward with the repair then we charge a $105 trip and diagnostic fee. However if you do move forward you do not pay that fee, you only pay what the technician quoted you and we give a 1 year guarantee on all parts and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will be working with qualified experts. All of our workmanship and parts are guaranteed. We offer upfront, flat rate pricing. Our technicians are courteous and uniformed. We will show up on time for your scheduled appointment.
