I am extremely happy that I hired ARTECH Property Restoration to install hardwood floors in my dining room! They were professional and courteous, and the work quality is excellent! Because the work was done very well, I've hired them again for another project. If you need hardwood flooring installed, I highly recommend this company!

Artech was a wonderful company and I'm glad we picked them. Alex was very responsive on Thumbtack and was able to come out and give a quote within a couple days. The estimate was lower than a couple of other companies. They did a wonderful job! There was one area that wasn't perfect and without complaining, they came out and re-painted the entire wall over again the next day. IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL. We are so thankful for their work and would recommend them to anyone who needs painting or other restoration services! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

I had reached out for an estimate pertaining to our bathroom. I sent my request at 5am in the morning and by 7 am Alex had already reached out to me. By 8am I had an appointment booked for me. Alex was easy going, a great listener and respectful of my home. I do not like switching GC’s and Alex has solidified his position as my GC.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For residential jobs the process is simple:
Site visit: I introduce myself and my company, listen to the customer needs, if he/she has a plan or idea, what options they can consider based on the budget, types of materials,
Estimate: a written estimate is sent to the customer for review and approval
Contract is signed, time frame, we talk about the city permits depending of the type and size of the job, start and completion dates, a technical plan is discussed when is an occupied home
Purchasing: of materials (special order items)
Scheduling
Execution of the job, quality inspections are standard
Job is delivered to the homeowners or tenants if authorized.
Commercial or corporate jobs are more complex:
Personal introductions are via email or phone, a service request or RFP, request for proposal, is uploaded to service portals, an estimator is sent to visit the site, for small jobs we can provide and estimate right away, for larger jobs the estimate can take a few more days, the other steps are similar
