- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our cost of $.00 covers service call plus travel. Parts and Freon is an additional charge. All jobs come with a two year warranty. Discount are offered by our Tech on a case by case basis, we also offer senior citizens discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will make contact as quickly as possible, our schedule operator will gather as much required detail then review his technicians scheduled before confirming the date and time to get you back up and running.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I graduated from aviation school a few years ago, since then I've always like fixing everything around the house. I decided then to go to school for Appliance Repair and fell in love with helping people with broken household Appliance. I decided to start a business and make this my profession.
