Introduction: I am an outstanding banquet server/bartender. I have been in this field for the last 10 years, plus I enjoy seeing people happy at the end of any event I do. I make over 1000 mixed drinks; I am able to stand for a long period of time. The most I ever worked a party was for about 17 hours. I have experience working in casinos, fine restaurants, banquet halls and hotels. I bring my own garnishes for drinks. I can lift 40 lbs. or more. I carry nine-inch and 12-inch plates. I am very hands-on with all kinds of different champagnes and wines. I have served government and state officials. I have worked in some of the most upscaled places in the City of Philadelphia, one being the Union League of Philadelphia.
