I love the service they where so profesional they did my basement and my sons room and the good part about it is that he only charge me for my basement and did my sons room for free.They came on time and finish the same day I love it thanks again.

From start to finish Adam was a great experience. He showed up on time and was very knowledgeable in his trade. He knew exactly what I wanted (although I could not put my own finger on it lol). His prices was very competitive I thought maybe that would compromise the outcome of my carpet but it didn't. I even asked how he could do such great work for what seems like half of the other guys prices, he told me you gotta look at it as why are they charging so much? With that being said I will continue to use Flooring Envy for every flooring project and I will refer them to all of my family and friends!!

Although I don't usually leave reviews... I felt obligated to do so this morning, and here's why... I just got on here to show someone (that I am referring Adam & Flooring Envy to to do some work for them) Flooring Envy's profile page (for references and pictures) and when I got on here I saw this awful untrue review that someone left yesterday, and I, even only meeting Adam twice, just can't believe what that customer is saying!! Adam was nothing but straightforward with us. He doesn't even ask for a deposit-he requires full payment upon completion of the job... which is completely unheard of in itself!! They were on time for both appointments and very professional when they were here. Flooring Envy is also fully insured through State Farm Insurance and covered up to 2 million dollars. So, having said that, I really owe Adam & Flooring Envy a HUGE Thank You for their service!! The process was simple-Flooring Envy came out and measured and showed me samples for free, gave me a quote and explained how everything worked... upon agreement on a price, Adam ordered the carpet and supplies without a dollar upfront, like I said earlier, and that really made us trust him even more!! We picked a date for installation, they came back did the job and it turned out AMAZING!! Not one single complaint!! You can definitely tell that Adam loves what he does!! It comes out on every aspect of his work. We loved Adam and his company so much that we will always use them in the future and refer them to everyone we can!! I hope this doesn't look suspicious, but this really upset me for this company-as Adam really is a good guy. He's a young business out here just trying to feed his wife & young daughter. He does not know that I am writing this right now, and in no way asked me to do this for him!! I just hope that someone out there will read my review and the other positive reviews on here and take the one bad one with a grain of salt.... I am a very real customer, and so is the friend that I am referring right now. If anyone reading this would like to contact me themselves for a personal review I am happy to help Adam & FlooringEnvy since he was so happy and eager to help us!! Thanks again Adam, we look forward to seeing you in the future :)

I hired Adam Dooley of Flooring Envy LLC for what should have been a three-day project; installation of a carpet, the tack was already down and I supplied the carpeting, and installation of vinyl flooring for the kitchen, dining room and bedroom that I purchased from Mr. Dooley. The installation of the carpeting went well, so I felt good about continuing with Mr. Dooley. But, this 3-day project soon become a 12-day project that has not yet been completed because Mr. Dooley abandoned the job. He replaced the wooden border around the periphery wall in the dining room improperly, so that the vent cover no longer fits. He left the vent lying on the floor. The closet vinyl, which by the way, he didn’t order enough of, and now it must be installed in both closets with the print going in the wrong direction, was left uninstalled. The kitchen floor was left torn up after he damaged the sub-floor. The vinyl lies folded back with mud all over it. The vinyl beneath the kitchen sink has not been placed properly and is buckled. In the past 12 days, Mr. Dooley’s unprofessional manner has caused me worry and aggravation and has set us back in other projects for our move. He has never been on time, even one day not showing at all. I wanted to let him go then, but my wife asked me to give him a chance to make good on the projects and I already paid and tipped him to keep his motivation going. Mr. Dooley is disorganized, has measured footage incorrectly, and miscalculated product needs and pricing causing his pricing to fluctuate to the higher side. He expresses low frustration tolerance. He also displayed anger, in my home, several times that included swearing, and using four letter words. Add to this my payment of over $900 for work he left undone. I’ve called and texted him. His response is a promise to show but then finds an excuse not to. Today he will not respond to my text or emails. Don’t hire this man, or his company. You will be disappointed, extorted and ripped off. I will be taking legal action against Mr. Dooley, and his company, Flooring Envy LLC. I will also be reporting Flooring Envy LLC to the Better Business Bureau and the States Attorney’s General Office for shabby business practices.

Excuse me don't lie and say you are not happy with the work, the only floor I didn't finish was your kitchen because you wanted me to just go over the asbestos flooring. Now it is against the law for me to cover asbestos and not report it,I understand your mad now that I reported you for trying to break the law. We also gave you a refund for the work we didn't finish, their isn't more we can do to satisfy you. But let it be known Flooring Envy will not illegally install a floor over top of asbestos that's against the law especially if your going to rent that property out to family's with young children.
