Bella Systems Philly is owned and operated by Carolyn Francis. Carolyn works with many interior designers, builders, or homeowners to ensure your custom designed storage system meets your needs as well as your personal touch. She has a degree in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey. She works very closely with her installers. Chris Francis, lead installer, who is also her husband, oversees all installations. As a team, they work diligently to give customers the best design and installation service in the industry. Bella Systems uses only the finest quality of materials in our projects. At a minimum we use polished chrome oval rods. All vertical panels and shelving will be made from ¾” material or greater. All edge banding will be 2 millimeters, not 1 millimeter. This might not sound like a big difference, however, the thicker edge gives a more rounded edge to your custom closet. Drawer boxes will be constructed of ½” material or greater. Drawer slides are always full extension and rated for 100lbs. Our everyday standards are considered an upgrade by most closet companies.
Bella Systems is proud to offer an option for those who are looking for a custom closet but want to live a greener lifestyle. These options include products made only from recycled or recovered wood fibers and have no added Urea-Formaldehyde Resin.

Carolyn was thorough and knowledgeable and - she dealt with our oddly shaped closet and complied with all our requests with ease. We are super happy with the closet, the communication and the price. This is about what I would have paid for something from a big box store, but this is much nicer.

Bella Systems created the most efficient closet design layout for my needs. Bella Systems provides world-class closetinstallations at a very reasonable price.
This company is licensed, carries insurance for damages, a full and complete contract. Other contractors might be cheaper, but what happens if something is damaged, even a catastrophic damage to the infrastructure of you home? Tru professionalism.
The measurements were taken carefully because Philadelphia is known for our historic buildings - nothing is plum straight. All the measurements include existing lights and switches, the building’s structural supports, warped floors, and anything a historic building would have.
Carolyn is so savvy and knowledgeable, I just had to describe my general storage needs and then she came back within a a day with fully rendered CAD, 3D renderings. They included design features and space-saving features I would have never known to do. Trust the knowledge of this vendor.
All was assembled off sigh; then the pre-cut pieces were brought to my place. All was assembled and installed within a half day. By noon I had a new closet that’s fits more than I can imagine.
Also, besides my sanity, I decided upon a professionally designed closet to increase the value of a studio space. Good storage is a must.

I'm extremely pleased with my overall closet experience using Bella Systems. Carolyn was very professional yet so pleasant to deal with throughout the entire process. The price was reasonable and she works with you and yours needs to help build the closet you envisioned and could ever dreamed of! We are in love with our closets, and after doing a lot of research , I wouldn't hire anyone else for my future closet needs. Do yourself a favor and hire Bella Systems, I promise you won't be disappointed :)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based upon the type of finishes that you choose and how large or small the scope of work involved. Every job is different, that is why we have a free consultation to work within your budget and storage needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we setup a free consultation with the new customer, our designer will and survey the area that they are interested in. The designer will take all the measurements of the space and then the measurements are downloaded into the 3D software. The designer works with the client to choose the best way to design the space that is within the client's budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our designers and installers are fully trained under the Bella Systems regulations.
