Introduction: Being a production cook has given me a particular set of skills that I bring to your home kitchen. I'm serv safe certified, have an extremely discerning palate and am dedicated to cooking safe healthy and delicious meals in almost any cuisine style you can think of. I make my own kombucha, ferment my own sauerkraut and kimchi and make a mea I love to cook, the process simply makes me happy. I love sharing the joy of food with anyone who's interested and if they want to learn the process behind a dish, I'm more than happy to teach them!
