I have had several cleaning services in the past but none were as thorough, customer service oriented, or as quality conscious as Springtime. I have already recommended them to several of my friends.
I had D&D Custom Cleaning Service come and do a deep "spring" cleaning at my home. I have to say my experience from the initial contact on Thumbtack to when they left was awesome. I got a quote from them very quickly on Thumbtack. I was taking time making a decision and Dave was very patient and answered all of my questions. Best of all, he was not pushy or high pressure. We are having work done at our house and when Dave and his team arrived they were very flexible with all the craziness going on here. They set off and went right to work. They really cleaned from top to bottom and did a better job than I would have done. I have had other house cleaning services in the past (big companies and little)and never had my house look as great as it did when D&D were finished. They were very professional, friendly and I immediately felt comfortable with them in my home. I highly recommend them and will use them again myself in the future.
Jessica's work was the best. In just over 3 hours, her team had my home literally sparkling. I have had good housekeeping and cleaning services for many years, but Jessica was the first that exceeded expectations. Great job.

YM Cleaning Service, hands down is the BEST cleaning service I have ever used (& I have used many thru the years!). ... I was very concerned because of the condition of my house, I had been gone for over 2 months & my 2 adult children were living in it and managed to make "Animal House", look very clean and tidy by comparison. ... Yoel & Lucy not only showed up promptly (actually earlier then they said they would, per my request, if it was possible, ... & they made it possible!)!! Not a single thing or area, intimidated them. They got right to work and I was stunned at how efficient and thorough they were. I am beyond PLEASED and THANKFUL at the spectacular job they did to my home. There was so much to be done, that most people / cleaning services, would have been quite intimidated, but not Yoel and Lucy. They immediately took charge of my upside down house and restored it back into a beautiful home again!! ... I would love to say "magically", but the reality is, it was nothing short of "elbow grease & HARD WORK!!" ... Neither, Lucy nor Yoel ever complainied or shamed, they were completely DELIGHTFUL!! In one day, Diane and her crew were able to clean my entire house: Clean and Organize Pantry; Clean and organize Garage; Clean and organize Basement; Clean and organize Bedroom; Declutter Attic; Declutter Outside storage Building, Clean and Organize Sunroom. These Ladies do it ALL!. I will definitely use them again. Excellent quality work, very friendly staff, reasonably priced. I cannot thank them enough for doing what would have taken me a month to complete.
Thank you for getting my house back to normal after my bathroom renovation. With every inch of my house covered in dust, I was very overwhelmed. (I don't think they cut a single tile outside, or used a single tarp.) You took care of everything, from undernearth the furniture the our cluttered tables. Now I can breathe again, walk around without shoes, and focus on the things I want to get done.
I had her organize my office space and declutter my office closet. She was efficient, thorough and detailed-oriented. Her primary focus was on me being happy with the end result and that my office space fit my needs. She was conscientious and understood what I needed without me having to ask her. Kirsten was very easy-going and highly professional. I couldn't be happier with her organizational skills and how my office space became more functional and a reflection of me.
Today was our first day having Peggy help us with organizing and decluttering. She is super friendly and does a great job. She was willing to work with my eleven year old daughter on her room and play area. Peggy did a wonderful job helping and encouraging my daughter. The cleaning service was fantastic, and saved me a great deal of time with everything that was going on. Excellent value for the price. My two cleaners (Trish and Stephanie) arrived on time, began cleaning right away, and finished within the time frame that was quoted. They were very professional, yet friendly at the same time. And they didn't even mind that my dogs followed them around most of the time!

Just had Rich out to replace a Gas Wall oven in our 30+ year old house. The guy is top notch. Very reasonable priced, knowledgeable and friendly. Ran into a couple of snags due to the age of the house and the way the old one was installed. He worked right through them. I would highly recommend them.

When I hired Tanya shortly after moving into my new home I was happily surprised. Tanya helped me by designing storage spaces for a pantry off the kitchen and in a utility closet. Now related items are stored together and in ways that are orderly and easy to find. Tanya also helped me reconfigure the system in my master bedroom walk-in closet to make the most of the space, including removing a piece of furniture. There is more breathing room in the closet and everything is arranged so I can see my clothing much better now. Throughout my home Tanya helped me relocate furniture or set it aside for give-away. I found Tanya pleasant and easy to work with, respectful of my views, and she made efficient use of her time. She has excellent ideas as well as people skills, and kept me on task without pressure.
